Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance student success on the NCLEX exam.
Collaborate with internal West Coast University initiatives, including Specialists, Adjuncts, Registered Nurses, Faculty, Education, and Teaching departments.
Provide guidance and support to students in achieving their goal of passing the NCLEX exam.

Requirements:

Experience in nursing education or a related field.
Strong understanding of the NCLEX exam and its requirements.
