Retail Shop Manager on Duty
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Retail Shop Manager on Duty to join the Equinox team This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. The MOD helps direct and motivate the sales team in one Equinox Shop ensuring the highest level of customer service total customer experience and operational excellence Responsibilities include but are not limited to SALES SERVICE Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals individual contribution to total monthly store goal Coaches and develops Shop Associates in selling tactics tools understanding key business metrics Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equino Maintain knowledge of all club shop services programs products OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Understands upholds all loss prevention inventory management policies consistent basis ensures total team adherence these same policies Ensures both personal team comprehension communication training materials timely accurate completion assigned operational tasks Assists Regional District Area Manager with hiring training coaching development by line staff Assists Regional District Area manager scheduling shift coverage PRODUCT PRESENTATION Ensures that both The Shopease reflective company brand standards through proper execution merchandising marketing direction adherence company dress code Enforces maintains excellent housekeeping organizational standards sales floors cash wraps stockrooms PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION Builds effective relationships partnerships fellow employees colleagues supervisors clients Maintains working knowledge happenings general standards practices outside departments encourage camaraderie teamwork Communicates clearly effectively at levels tact diplomacy Qualifications To successfully perform role individual should meet following minimum requirements qualifications Proven leadership ability take direction Experience customer service business preferably retail Hardworking diligent honesty personal integrity Excellent time management organizational problem solving communication skills Ability utilize new techniques ideas Available work varied schedule needs unique retail business PAY TRANSPARENCY $1900 per hour ability earn additional incentive bonuses Additional Information AS MEMBER EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE Complimentary Club membership Perks incentives products services including Personal Training Pilates Spa
