Northside Hospital, a thriving, award-winning healthcare provider, seeks a highly motivated and strategic Compensation & Benefits Leader/ Total Rewards Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
In this leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent by overseeing the entire compensation and benefits strategy for over 30,000 employees.
The Ideal Candidate:
A seasoned compensation & benefits professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience and a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experience negotiating with vendors and navigating complex federal and state regulations (a plus).
Strong understanding of the hospital industry and its specific compensation & benefits landscape (highly desirable).
