Responsibilities

• Recruit for all levels of Finance & Accounting positions including cold call outreach to candidates on compelling client roles
• Work with a sense of urgency to evaluate and source candidates for client roles
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about our clients job opportunities and making sure the right fit is there
• Pre-screen and present detailed profile summaries of candidates for appropriateness of skills, strengths, experience, knowledge and compensation
• Use multiple search engines to find qualified candidates
• Manage an ongoing pipeline of candidates
• Engage candidates primarily through phone outreach to establish relationships and build your network

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the recruiting industry with a high preference for accounting and finance recruitment.
• Great phone etiquette and articulate communicator
• Positive, high-energy, self-starter attitude
• Proficiency in Accounting & Finance field
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment
