About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Developer to join our team at Bright Vision Technologies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging and high-quality games across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about gaming and technology to contribute to innovative projects that push the boundaries of interactive entertainment. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, combining remote work with onsite presence in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in game development, with expertise in Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, and programming languages such as C# and C++. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in game development
• Proficiency in Unity 3D and Unreal Engine
• Strong programming skills in C# and C++
• Experience with game physics, AI, shader programming, and animation systems
• Knowledge of multiplayer networking and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies
• Ability to develop cross-platform games for PC, mobile, and consoles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging game features and mechanics using Unity 3D and Unreal Engine
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to create cohesive and immersive gaming experiences
• Optimize game performance across multiple platforms ensuring smooth gameplay
• Implement game physics, AI, shader effects, and animation systems
• Develop multiplayer networking features and integrate RESTful APIs for online functionality
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in game development
• Contribute to documentation and technical specifications for projects
