    Description

    KETRON is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, bringing enthusiasm and commitment to the table. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are industry leaders in our field. This role involves servicing our current base of 2,000 clients, while also expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. You will lead a small team in these tasks, guiding them towards success. As you become well-versed in our processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on our systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Performance well in fast-paced and occasionally demanding environments
    • Passion for assisting others and building connections
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • Proficiency with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period prior to advancement
