    Warehouse Specialist (Data Center)

    Job Summary:

    - Handling shipping and receiving tasks in a data center

    Responsibilities

    - Controls stock inventory and ensures documentation accuracy
    - Collaborates with internal/external customers and departments for timely deliveries

    - Documentation & System Updates
    - Ensures accuracy of supporting documentation
    - Utilizes system tools for record maintenance and issue escalation
    - Enters goods into inventory system, updates database, and verifies order fulfillment
    - Guides junior team members on complex orders

    - Shipping & Receiving
    - Coordinates with carriers like FedEx and UPS
    - Receives goods at the data center and assists in warehouse duties
    - Ensures accurate shipments and swift delivery processes
    - Problem Solving
    - Communicates with suppliers and customers on special orders and delivery times

    - Inventory Management
    - Allocates stock and coordinates transfers to/from Data Center
    - Maintains inventory levels and conducts monthly physical counts
    - Handles hazardous materials safely

    - Equipment
    - Operates pallet jacks and forklifts
    - Manages equipment inventory and software licenses

    - Data Center Support
    - Aids in delivering and removing customer equipment
    - Helps with packing equipment for shipment

    Qualifications
    - High school diploma with 2-4 years of warehouse or logistics experience
    - Regional hazardous materials certification is preferred
