    **Shift/Salary:**
    Full Time: 3pm-11pm Up to $95k Annual Salary

    Part Time:
    Weekend $4- 7am-3pm

    RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements:
    Valid RN License in New Jersey
    Minimum of 2 years of advancing nursing in Long Term Care with managerial experience preferred
    Demonstrated leadership and management proficiency
    Effective verbal and written communication abilities

    RN Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties:
    Aid the DON and ADON in supervising daily nursing department operations
    Ensure adherence of nursing staff to job roles
    Contribute to facility surveys upon request
    Perform routine rounds to uphold nursing standards
