Description

eVisit is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) and expertise in Software Contracting to provide legal guidance and support for our rapidly growing Telehealth platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal matters related to healthcare regulations, privacy, contracting, intellectual property, litigation, and working externally as necessary.

The Senior Legal Counsel will report to the CFO and work closely with the leadership team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risk.
