    Summary:


    Advances the philanthropic profile of Arkansas Children's by creating consistent, appropriate and meaningful cultivation and stewardship strategies aimed at delivering joy to donors and promoting a culture of gratitude and quality customer service.

    Required Education:


    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Description

    • Implements and coordinates a systematic and integrated donor relations program that fosters long-term engagement and investment.
    • Supports the Foundation team to create and implement customized experiences for high lifetime value donors and prospects.
    • Oversees all named spaces and donor signage at Arkansas Children's hospitals, clinics and professional buildings.
    • Plans, coordinates and manages a wide range of donor cultivation and recognition events and opportunities to deliver joy to donors.
    • Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
    • In compliance with Arkansas Children's Fleet Management Policy, drives an owned, leased, or personal vehicle frequently in the performance of essential job functions.
