Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Lead to oversee the automated testing system of the Hematology and Coagulation section of our Core Lab.

Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical expertise, workflow oversight, and operational leadership to enhance performance and optimization. +
- Maintain strong theoretical and practical knowledge of all procedures in the section. +
- Lead development, evaluation, validation, and implementation of new assays and methodologies.Evaluate quality control results initiate corrective action when necessary.
