    We are seeking a Paraeducator to become part of our team and assist special education students by offering extra support and guidance to enhance their comprehension of academic material and facilitate behavior adjustments.

    Paraeducator duties encompass providing administrative assistance to educators, tracking a student's progress, and organizing educational materials for daily activities.

    Your main focus will be collaborating with special education students to reinforce their grasp of classroom teachings.

    Responsibilities
    • Offer clerical and administrative aid to educators and professionals
    • Execute additional tasks as assigned
    • Supervise and support students, especially those with specific requirements
    • Create educational resources and guidelines for daily schedules
    • Maintain a tidy and secure classroom environment consistently
    Requirements and skills
    • Demonstrable experience working as a Paraeducator or in a similar capacity
    • Outstanding oral and written communication abilities
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication proficiencies
    • Effective presentation and documentation skills
    • Proficiency in managing and interacting with children
    • Appropriate training and/or certifications relevant to Paraeducator roles
