- Provide full care, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), for a male client.
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Support with mobility and transferring.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Experience and knowledge of providing care for individuals with immunosuppression concerns.
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Understanding of infection control protocols and the importance of maintaining a clean environment.
- Must not currently work in an Assisted Living Facility (ALF), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or any group communal care setting.
- Willingness to commit to the morning shift on a part-time basis.
