Job summary
We are seeking a Spa J-1 Intern to join our world-class team of spa professionals at The American Club Resort. As a Spa J-1 Intern, you will provide service and maintain cleanliness standards at a Forbes 5-Star level. You will also be responsible for using Property Management System to process transactions and book/edit spa treatments.Responsibilities
- Consistently provide service and maintain cleanliness standards at a Forbes 5-Star level
- Proficiently use Property Management System (and related systems) to correctly process transactions, complete orders and accurately book/edit spa treatments
- Maintain knowledge of spa treatments,spa policies,spa amenities(food & beverage)and overall resort optionsand abilityto communicate with our guest
- Avoid any other responsibilities in the job description that do not match this list.
