    Your Key Responsibilities

    • PT Business Management:
      • Build and maintain a thriving client base.
      • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
      • Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
    • Service and Hospitality:
      • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
      • Enhance member experiences through engaging interactions.
      • Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
    • Professional Development:
      • Participate in Continuing Education classes to advance your career.
      • Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

    Qualifications We're Looking For

    • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer reimbursement).
    • Current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
    • A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
    • Availability to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
    • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Basic computer and technology skills.
    • Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

    Pay Transparency


    Compensation ranges from $40.50 to $98.00 per session and $17.00 per hour for non-session work, with additional incentive bonuses available.
