- Manage the teams in charge of application of process control plan and evaluation of the conformity of Compounds, Components and Tires.
- Ensure that delivered products are conform to the Company design and specs.
- Assessment of correct application of production control plans.
- Initiate analysis following the detection of control plan failure (suggest root cause and solutions, demonstrate the effectiveness of implemented actions)
- Evaluate the conformity of rubber components through product sampling check
- Evaluate the process conformity through application of a process control plan
- Assess the correct application of Quality System procedures
- Ensure effective segregation of non-conform products and make sure all information related to quality issues are communicated to relevant people throughout the organization in a timely manner.
- Consolidate product/process control plan results on a weekly or monthly basis, share with Production department and follow-up the completion and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Ensure the training of Quality Inspectors, mentor production operators to improve application of standards
- Issuance and implementation of quality standards in Final Inspection, including implementation of derogations.
- Training of associates of Final Inspection
- Product audit result analysis (tire appearance, tire cross-section)
- Assist Final Inspection workshop manager to ensure accuracy of control machines (daily check/calibration)
- Ensure treatment of major internal/external product failure until effectiveness of corrective action is implemented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to manage a team of inspectors and to interact with different stakeholders at all levels of the Giti organization.

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite , ability to become proficient in internal systems such as CompliantPro
