    We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Renewal and Expansion Leader to join our team at NielsenIQ, the world's leading consumer intelligence company. This is a senior-level position that requires strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth through commercial renewal and expansion.

    About the Role

    This role will be responsible for contributing to the commercial renewal and expansion of key client accounts, including Purina. The successful candidate will lead account planning and sales strategy, unlock new stakeholders, cross-sell and upsell services, retain existing clients, and develop strategic partner strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute commercial plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
    • Collaborate with internal product development, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Uncover and disseminate retailer, manufacturer, and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions
    • Represent NielsenIQ externally through thought leadership, industry conferences, and media appearances

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in a relevant industry (CPG, consulting, account management)
    • Relevant experience with research techniques and solutions in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Consulting, Information, Account Development, Analytics, or similar
    • Experience/exposure to syndicated POS data and panel data
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
    • Mission-driven and passionate about serving a purpose and driving value for client businesses
