Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Newark, CA

Key Responsibilities:

 Required mandatory experience with healthcare insurance domain knowledge.

 Minimum experience on data science project experience.

 Required Business Process Consultant for process optimization and solution implementation.

 effectively communicating with senior members of organizations to establish a client relationship.

 Identifying different ways that an organization can function and operate more effectively using data modelling techniques.

 Having frequent and effective discussions with leaders of organisations to keep them updated on any progress.

 Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

 Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.

 creating documents that showcase the different strategies and proposed changes to improve the organization.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in computer-related programs, information technology or related field and

master's degree preferred.

 Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

 Statistics and probability.

 Data analysis.

 Excellent communication skills.

 Stakeholder management.
