This position is an entry level position in our manufacturing department Individuals will work with a team member under direct supervision to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of our equpment. Individuals will assist with the basic processes but have the desire to advance and become a technician capable of handleing their own projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing and modification of our custom HVAC/R Systems
• Follows work instructions, prints, and/or available procedures and performs assembly, test, and material handling operations required to make a part or final product
• Work from routings, manufacturing instruction sheets, blueprints, visual aids, or other instructions to manufacture product at required quality levels
• Takes the initiative to get work assignment from Supervisor, Lead person or scheduling tool
• Keep work area clean and dispose of raw material packaging materials
• Package and label products for shipment
• Perform other duties as assigned or as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Good mechanical aptitude
Good understanding of basic English
Ability to learn to read blueprints
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Complete task with high standard of quality with attention to detail
Ability to use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to produce mechanical assemblies
Ability to meet deadline under pressure
