Our owner operated model is aimed at expanding the ability for older adults to live happily and healthfully in their own homes for as long as possible.
We are currently looking for a Driver CDL Class C with Passenger Endorsement to join our Heartland PACE Team.Heartland PACE delivers a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) that helps older adults live a meaningful, independent life at home with grace and dignity.
Position SummaryUnder the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of PACE participants. This includes transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary. Responsible for overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned daily. Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Supervisor.

Education/Training/Certifications:
Current State driver's license
CDL Class C license with passenger endorsement
Safe driving record
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly
