Job summary
We are seeking a weekend track night shift Assistant Nurse Manager in the Neonatal ICU to join our leadership team. One weekend/month minimum NICU Charge nurse experience strongly preferred.The Assistant Nurse Manager performs coordination planning administrative management financial and operational duties in collaboration with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor Nurse Manager and Assistant Vice President of the Nursing Division. The Assistant Nurse Manager mentors professional caregivers in the delivery of patient care and facilitates patient access communication and transitions throughout the acute care stay.
