    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and harmonize efforts across various data and AI disciplines, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.
    • Serve as a bridge between business and technology, translating intricate requirements into scalable data platform solutions.
    • Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic investments and promote innovation in the Data & Analytics realm.
    • Design and establish modern cloud-native architectures utilizing Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog to create efficient Lakehouse architectures.
    • Lead cross-functional advisory and delivery teams, delivering actionable insights and tangible business value.
    • Develop and advocate for technological assets such as blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators for data modernization.
    • Provide technical oversight while embedding AI/ML capabilities within data ecosystems, supporting proposals, and effectively articulating technical solutions.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow) and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, and streaming architectures.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate technical strategies in business terminology.
    • An engaging storyteller and communicator with a consultative mindset, capable of leading without authority.
    • Experience in both pre-sales and delivery, with the ability to transition smoothly between execution and strategic advisory roles.

    This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

    The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $228,000, based on individual qualifications including geographic location, experience, credentials, education, and the overall demand for the role. Most candidates will be offered a salary within this disclosed range, in addition to other highlighted benefits.
