    As a Registered Nurse Resident, you'll have the chance to experience one of the most comprehensive training programs available. You'll be working alongside experienced nurses who are passionate about mentoring new graduates.


    What to Expect During Your Residency Program:
    • A dedicated coach available 24/7.
    • A 12-week new graduate orientation with support from a clinical instructor.
    • Regular check-ins to ensure personal and professional goals are achieved.
    • Personal assessments to identify areas for development.
    • Emphasis on open communication and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Abundant opportunities for professional growth and development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care following established protocols.
    • Monitor and communicate patient conditions effectively.
    • Coordinate patient care across all disciplines.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Educate patients and families on healthcare needs.
    • Maintain ongoing professional development through education and training.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Certifications:

    • Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
    • Preferably hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    • Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
    • Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum one year of acute care RN experience required.
    • Previous experience in various care settings such as hospitals, SNFs, rehab, or ED is advantageous.
    • Prior military RN experience may be considered.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and move patients.
    • Stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Work in stressful environments with irregular hours.
    • Potential exposure to communicable diseases and body fluids.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Adherence to standard precautions and use of required protective equipment.
