    Magenium Solutions is in search of a Managing Director. This is a pivotal role in continuing Magenium Solutions' success. The Managing Director is involved with shaping the future of Magenium by driving impactful change and growth. The key responsibilities associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:

    1. Qualifications and Skills :
    • Minimum 10 years plus of IT Management experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Executive Management.
    • Able to lead a team with diverse talents, all working towards growing the organization.
    • 5-10 years plus of Microsoft ecosystem experience.
    • 5 plus years' experience working for a Microsoft Partner.
    • Understanding technology trends and their impact.
    • Increasing operational efficiency with technologies, policies, and procedures
    • Engaging with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
    • Strategic thinking, aligning technology with business needs.
    • Essential personal skills include effective communication, mentoring, and decisiveness.
    • Four-year college graduate with emphasis in business administration, sales, finance, or marketing.

    2.) Strategic Leadership :

    o The Managing Director helps set the strategic direction for the company with the Executive Management Team.

    o Contribute to Magenium's external growth through planning for the future.

    o Manage the day-to-day operations, aligning with the budget and business plan for consistent revenue and profit growth.

    3.) Supervisory Oversight :

    o Oversees the Magenium's day-to-day operations by fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

    o Responsible for hiring, supervising, and developing key personnel in business unit management. Also, responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    o Conducts supervisory duties according to organizational policies.
