    Clinical Director

    to oversee

    Quality, Risk Management and Performance Improvement.

    This Hospital is on a mission to redefine excellence in psychiatric patient care. As the

    Clinical Director of Quality Management , you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that the standards of care for this

    Behavioral Health Hospital

    not only meet but exceed expectations.

    Responsibilities

    Spearhead the implementation of a robust performance improvement program tailored to the unique needs of hospital.

    Share expertise with medical staff, hospital teams, and esteemed Governing Body to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    Driving performance improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) throughout every corner of hospital.


    Serving as go-to expert for administrative team, department managers, and medical staff to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with quality objectives.

    Apply clinical expertise to navigate and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and staff.


    Take reins on all regulatory surveys, including The Joint Commission, State Licensing Review, and HCFA (CMS) Validation surveys, ensuring compliance and excellence at every turn.

    Maintain vigilant eye over all performance improvement activities, guaranteeing that our commitment to quality remains unwavering.

    Requirements

    Doctoral Level Psychologist, MBA, MHA, or MSN.

    Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) ideal.

    Minimum of three years' experience in Quality and/or Risk Management Leadership, ideally within a psychiatric hospital.

    Knowledge of Massachusetts behavioral health regualtions.
