- Partner with the Director of Brand and Creative Services to strategize and execute all B2B and B2C projects in alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish and manage the workflow process for creative communications and marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor team resources, assigning projects effectively according to individual strengths while fostering professional development.
- Manage and prioritize communication and marketing requests, ensuring content development and creative assets align with brand strategy.
- Innovate and optimize project management tools, driving new techniques to enhance team efficiency. Serve as the subject matter expert for Asana and other platforms.
- Facilitate comprehensive meetings, tracking open issues and ensuring projects meet expectations and deadlines with strategic insights provided in meeting documentation.
- Serve as the primary communication link with stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project details and effectively conveying timelines and expectations.
- Oversee and approve content review for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and high standards of quality.
- Maintain the company's digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring files are organized, current, and accessible.
- Manage recruitment and development of freelancers for integration into special projects in alignment with company objectives.
- Drive B2B campaigns, such as LinkedIn projects and digital leasing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
- Coordinate branded gift production and fulfillment, including welcome kits for new hires and promotional items for tenant and employee engagement.
- Take on additional responsibilities and lead special projects as needed, providing strategic insights for organizational success.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing or communication experience, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
- 5+ years of experience in senior-level marketing project management with expertise in Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.
- Outstanding ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders with strong follow-through.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Expertise in conflict resolution and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Basic proficiency in maintaining digital platforms and uploading content.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced experience with project management platforms, particularly Asana.
- Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Extensive experience with Apple MAC computers and software.
- Capability to work independently while providing strategic leadership.
- Exemplary literacy skills, including spelling and grammar accuracy.
- Significant marketing experience in commercial real estate management.
- PMP/Agile Certification or advanced project management training.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software.

Role Summary
The Marketing Project Management Manager will lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of comprehensive corporate communications and property marketing projects across various platforms. This role encompasses leadership in global project management strategies to enhance team efficiency and drive innovation in marketing initiatives, including social media, graphic design management, B2B campaigns, and digital content development. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional organizational skills and strategic thinking, optimizing processes to boost team productivity and communication. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to ensuring timely and successful project implementation. This position reports to the Director of Creative & Brand Services and requires an in-office presence, 5 days a week.
