Reporting:

The Aircraft Structures Technician reports directly to the Lead A&P Structures Technician.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:

+ + Communicate when tasks are complete so next trade can move onto the job.

+ Ensure work environment is safe and clean.

+ Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.

+ Good oral and written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.

+ Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.

+ Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax.

+ Carry out maintenance repairs on customer and company aircraft under the supervision of a qualified technician or Lead A&P Technician

+ Completely and accurately sign off work in progress documentation and work cards for work accomplished.

+ Report unserviceable equipment to assigned Lead A&P Technician and/or delegate.

+ Notify Lead A&P Technician of all defects discovered during maintenance.

+ Attend training courses as directed by company management.

Qualifications:

+ Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.

+ A&P Certified is preferred, but not required.

Experience:

years of experience in the field.

+ Work at heights of greater than 10 feet utilizing fall restraint equipment as necessary.
