    Reliability Training Manager
    Position Overview

    The Reliability Training Manager will be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of training and development within the Plant 78 Reliability Department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and systemizing standard operating procedures to assist technicians with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
    • Ensure the development of competencies for our reliability team to support the existing and future manufacturing process
    • Facilitate the qualification process for all technicians in standard operating procedures.
    • Oversee and assist with the facilitation of all training for all Reliability/Maintenance associate including performing evaluations of associate skill level and reporting progress
    • Serve as a Technical expert and Facilitate training programs for all Reliability related processes.
    • Ensure accurate record keeping and scheduling of all required training
    • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate current training content.
    • Daily collaboration with Plant leadership and Engineering on procedures, process performance and process improvements
    • Provide Mentoring and/or coaching to less experienced Engineers/Technicians/Co-Ops.
    • On-call availability as needed to support manufacturing teams
    • Additional tasks/assignments as directed by Supervisor

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma/GED required
    • Previous Experience in a Training or Facilitator Type Role
    • Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Organizational Skills
    • Strong team building skills and the desire to work with people.
    • Be able to work or consult off-shift as necessary.
    • Experience in quality management and systems focused around SPC Manufacturing
    • Ability to work afternoons and weekends as needed
    • Minimal travel will be required

    Work Shift
    8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
