    Job DescriptionJohnson Service Group is recruiting Customer Service Reps for a great client of ours in Raleigh, NC. 6 month contract on site that pays in the $22/hr - $25/hr range.

    ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Representative role is responsible for coordinating daily work activities with outside Account Managers to manage customer needs in large utility and industrial customers with a focus on the power products/systems sector.

    Responsibilities include order entry and tracking, order management with local business units, timely response to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints and needs.

    Challenges include, developing and maintaining solid customer relationships, ensuring follow-through on customer issues, ability to manage large number of customer orders and quotations.

    Experience Details3 years of Customer Support ExperienceGeneral knowledge of Power Transmission & Distribution Products / Systems & Power GenerationPrevious Experience with B2B customer supportMust have knowledge and skill in utilization of CRMs & web portalsKnowledge of programs such as SAP and SFDC )Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
