    Position highlights:

    + Practice autonomously at our 8-bed hospital just 15 minutes outside of Fayetteville. + New facility, contemporary technology on site. Consistently high patient satisfaction and employee engagement scores. + Stable in-house Hospitalist program has been in place for 15+ years – strong core group, excellent retention, collegial environment. + Dedicated Nocturnists on staff via telemedicine. Hospitalist service also includes Intensivists, Neuro, Peds, and Geriatrics at our flagship hospital in Pinehurst, NC. + Supportive administration, collegial relationships with Primary Care and specialists, and easy access to sub-specialists within the system. + Efficient patient transfer process with our regional referral center, FirstHealth's flagship hospital in Pinehurst, NC. + Desirable block schedule 7 on/7 off (180 shifts/year). + Physician-led, financially stable group of hospital employed providers.

    Qualifications:

    + Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved Internal Medicine residency program. + Board Certification through ABMS or AOA. + Superior clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Experience in a high acuity Hospitalist program highly desired. + Clean background, unrestricted NC medical licensure, NC DEA and ACLS certification.
