    Agilix Solutions is seeking a talented and experienced Systems Administrator to join our diverse and growing team. The role will report to the Vice President of Information Technology.
    Responsibilities

    Responds to help desk ticket requests when users are having technical issues with their own PCs or IT supported systems, applications, servers, etc.

    Maintains daily performance of computer systems, servers, backups, printers, network, and any other IT equipment. Keeps servers up to date for Windows and other application updates.
    Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software.
    Analyses/trouble shoots programs, applications, and tools to resolve problems as they arise.
    Installs computers and computer peripherals for users.
    Follows up as directed with staff and clients to ensure issue has been resolved.
    Assists as directed with the implementation and coordination of new IT processes and procedures.
    Support other IT staff on network issues, connection issues, etc.
    Qualifications
    5 plus years' experience in an IT Helpdesk or similar supportive role (Will consider work experience coupled with education.)
    Minimum of Associates Degree, BA preferred with preference of the Computer Science or other IT related field.
    Experience in conducting inventory and in tracking hardware for asset management.

    Detail oriented with dedication to teamwork, strong technology skills, organizational skills, communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving skills, and time management skills.

    Strong customer service skills, with ability to find ways to understand user issues and their root cause, while finding ways to enable the user to learn how to fix the problem proactively on their own in the future if possible.

    Ability to document 100% of issues in ticketing software for department tracking and service log for manager to review on consistent basis.

    Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 Cloud Tools, Azure Active Directory, Windows PC and server OS, and VMware.

    Ability to quickly learn additional systems such as Cisco Phones, Unitrends backup appliances and DRaaS, and other miscellaneous IT administration tools.

    Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time for normal daily duties or special projects or equipment installs.

    Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
