    We wish to address a critical matter regarding our recruitment process at TCG. A significant number of applicants neglect to complete pre-screening questionnaires and exhibit unresponsiveness to our communications prompting them to do so.

    We must emphasize the importance of compliance with our application procedures.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage in deep market research to pinpoint potential clients who meet our criteria.
    • Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies to captivate and convert prospects.
    • Utilize ZOHO One for campaign management, data analysis, and client relationship management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and conversion processes.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Attend training sessions to master ZOHO One and other essential marketing tools.
    • Utilize AI to formulate campaigns and develop content.

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to make a tangible impact in the consulting industry. The intern will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging qualified prospects to expand our client base. While familiarity with ZOHO One is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite, as TCG is committed to providing comprehensive training.

    Skills:

    • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, however, not required.
    • A strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and analytics.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and professional growth.
    • Experience with ZOHO One or similar platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • AI Prompts, and application of AI technologies is highly valued.
