    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
    5-8 years' of overall experience minimum
    Understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow, from ETL/ELT to data platform design to BI and analytics tools
    Experience designing and developing performance-optimized data models
    Experience with modern Cloud Data Architectures, Big Data Platforms, Microservices Architecture
    Very good experience in any traditional and/or modern ETL/ELT tools
    Experience in any reporting tools incl Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, ThoughtSpot
    Cloud experience preferred (AWS or Azure or GCP).
    Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
    Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, and consulting skills
    Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
    Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

    Job Responsibilities:
    Assess and understand the ETL/ELT jobs, workflows, BI tools, and reports
    Define a high-level roadmap for modernization to Cloud Data Platforms along with a future state reference architecture
    Improve existing data pipelines in the cloud for data transformation and aggregation
    Guide the team to handle configurations for multiple departments/groups within a single environment stack
    Lead data analytics team for implementing best practices and standard methodologies
    Enable partners to make key decisions with accurate data analysis, reports, and presentations of key findings
    Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
    Build, maintain, and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
    Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
    Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
    Provide technical leadership as it relates to developing strategy, scalability, performance, architecture and overall high-level design to ensure solution quality
    Use standard methods of development spanning the full development lifecycle
