    Sales & Relationship Management

    · Drive profitability for franchisees/licensees by increasing same-store food sales.

    · Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight food and technology products, encouraging prospects to make purchases.

    Data-Driven Strategy

    · Leverage our Food Solutions technology tools to analyze sales data and market trends, identifying growth opportunities.

    · Use insights from these tools to implement strategies that boost sales and improve financial performance.

    · Prevent account attrition by maintaining high engagement with franchisees and preventing store closures.

    · Provide training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and food safety.

    · Keep franchisees/licensees informed about new products, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

    Reporting & Coordination

    · Maintain and submit accurate sales performance reports to the Director of Operations and other management.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience
