    Job Title

    A Medical Assistant Instructor is responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction and guidance to students in medical assisting principles, practices, and industry standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
    • Provide theoretical and practical instruction in areas such as medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical procedures, patient care, and medical office administration.
    • Demonstrate proper techniques, safety practices, and ethical standards in medical assisting.
    • Create a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and participation.
    • Supervise students during laboratory work, simulations, and clinical practice.
    • Evaluate student progress through assessments and examinations.
    • Provide feedback and guidance to support students' professional development and clinical skills.

    Requirements:

    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials are preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing medical assistant.
    • Possess a valid Instructor license.
    • Strong knowledge of medical assisting principles and industry standards.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Compensation:

    The estimated annual salary range is $60,000-$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
