- Identify ways to increase employee retention and engagement through leadership and team development, regular feedback and coaching, and promoting a company culture that promotes the company as a "Great Place to Work".
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, or other issues. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
- Lead the effective and efficient administration of the performance management process, making sure that the organization's managers are equipped to engage in constructive and ongoing feedback and coaching, collaborate effectively when managing the team, and encourage leaders to actively participate in identifying and addressing performance gaps.
- Helps shape and develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters on how to best meet both employee and business objectives. Build relationships with management, employees, business partners, and vendors.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a HR Director role.
- Bachelor's Degree Required. Master's Degree is preferred.
- SHRM and/or HRCI certification required or attained within 6 months of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
