Job Overview:
We're looking for a master salesperson who is also a veteran of the US military; someone who is charismatic and ideally has connections with the VA and can convince the VA to send us clients who need addiction and/or mental health treatment.
The VA is often overloaded with patients who need addiction and/or mental health treatment, and so when they have no room in the VA to treat a new patient they refer that patient out to a private treatment center. We want to hire someone who has the communication skills and clout to convince the VA to refer clients to our program.
And once you recruit clients into our clinic you'll need to manage their accounts and check in on them regularly to confirm that they're happy with our program and notify our managers if your clients have any problems; and you'll need to maintain relationships with and report back to the VA that things are going well for your clients.
Qualifications:
Schedule/Location: This is a salary position so you will make your own schedule, and you'll be expected to regularly visit our clinics to check up on your clients and ensure they're happy, and you will also need to regularly visit VA sites to report to the VA that our clients are happy and to recruit new clients into our program through the VA.
Compensation: $10k monthly salary plus healthcare, PTO, and 401k. There are no commissions or bonuses for this position, but there's potential for salary increases over time so long as you consistently perform your job at a high level.
