Your Role:

As a Multi-Unit Leader, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of two Kneaders Bakery & Cafe locations, ensuringthat each store operates smoothly and meets our high standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance, profitability, andcustomer satisfaction across both stores.
• Lead, mentor, and support the General Managers and their teams, fostering anenvironment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Analyze business metrics, financial reports, and market trends to make informeddecisions that benefit both the individual stores and the company as a whole.
• Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and the stores, ensuring that allpolicies and procedures are consistently applied, and that communication isclear and effective

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in a fast-paced, fast-casualrestaurant or retail setting.
• A solid understanding of compliance with food handler and sanitation regulations.
• Experience in driving sales, meeting operational goals, and innovating to createexceptional experiences for both teams and customers
