    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based (Onsite)

    Location: Salt River Schools – Salt River Elementary School & Salt River Accelerated Learning Academy

    (Onsite)

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (School calendar)

    Positions: 2 openings

    Start: ASAP after background check clearance

    Work will be at these schools:


    • Salt River Elementary School – 11562 E Highland Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85256


    • Salt River Accelerated Learning Academy (ALA) – 4827 N Country Club Dr, Scottsdale, AZ

    Job Summary

    ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. (NDGCS) is seeking two (2) School-Based Speech-Language

    Pathologists (SLPs) to provide evaluation and direct speech-language services to eligible students within

    Salt River Schools. This role is 100% onsite and supports students through screenings, assessments,

    IEP development, therapy delivery, documentation, and collaboration with teachers and families.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Conduct speech/language screenings, evaluations, and assessments for referred students


    • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to eligible students


    • Develop IEP goals, benchmarks, and service recommendations; participate in IEP meetings


    • Maintain accurate student records, service logs, and required documentation


    • Consult with teachers and school staff to support student progress and classroom strategies


    • Communicate with parents/guardians through conferences and progress updates


    • Attend required meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions


    • Support identification and referral processes for suspected speech/language impairments

    Required Qualifications


    • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required


    • School-based experience strongly preferred


    • Ability to manage a typical school caseload (approx. 20–40 students)


    • Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills


    • Must be able to pass a background check (required prior to start)

    SLP-CF Candidates (If Applicable)

    Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) may be considered only if supervision requirements can be met (vendor-

    provided direct supervision plan).

    Work Environment / Other Details


    • Onsite service delivery at assigned Salt River Schools locations


    • School calendar schedule (breaks/holidays align with district calendar)


    • District provides necessary materials/equipment for service delivery
