As a Senior Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our client's construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 3-5 Project Managers and 6-10 Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of Project Managers and Superintendents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project status, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
