    Sapphire Health Services is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence.


    JOB SUMMARY:
    An Administrator at Sapphire Health Services will spearhead the comprehensive management and daily operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility.

    This role will foster an environment where our staff feel supported, engaged and empowered to deliver the highest level of care to our residents.

    This position is entrusted with overseeing policy implementation and ensuring the facility remains in compliance with state, federal and local regulations.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to all staff members, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellenceOversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including but not limited to financial management, staffing, resident care, and regulatory complianceCollaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and other department heads to optimize clinical outcomes and achieve operational goalsEnsure facility maintenance is managed and sustainedBuild and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders within the communityMonitor and evaluate facility performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as neededParticipate in budget development and management, optimizing resource allocation to support operational objectives and financial sustainabilityOverall management of facility, including training for department heads as neededFollow and implement Sapphire policies, procedures, and quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of resident care and satisfactionEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities, including licensure, certification, and survey requirementsAttend meetings as required including daily Stand-up and Stand-down meetingOther duties as assigned


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's degreeCurrent Nursing Home Administrator license Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse teamExcellent communications and interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to providing compassionate and quality care to our residents
