    Vaco has engaged with a Solar energy company in the Chandler area looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative. This role will field around 20-40 inbound calls per day, work on an assigned customer list of around 150 customers and coordinate current project status's while providing updates.

    **Job Requirements and Responsibilities:**

    Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers

    Creatively problem solving

    Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions

    Providing a high-level of customer service

    Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions

    Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

    As a business provider of call center services, you will submit invoices and receive payment for completed services
