    Description

    Resolve claims with integrity and efficiency as a Property Field Adjuster at EAC Claims Solutions. Manage insurance claims from inception to resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and organize daily workload to process claims and conduct inspections
    • Investigate insurance claims by interviewing claimants and witnesses
    • Handle property claims involving damage to buildings, structures, contents, and/or property
    • Conduct thorough property damage assessments and verify coverage
    • Evaluate damages to determine appropriate settlement
    • Negotiate settlements
    • Upload completed reports, photos, and documents using our software systems

    Requirements:

    • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces
    • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and claims management systems
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in insurance claims or related field is a plus
