Work orders on bill pending to secure a valid Purchase Order
• Build and maintain a good contact list with departments who initiate purchase orders
• Interact with customer service, contract administration, field personnel, manufacturing, etc. to ensure customer billing requirements are met
• Monitor performance and operation of the billing system ensuring information received from Genesis and the billing system are consistent and/or agree
• Communicate with Resolution Specialist regarding billing issues
• Verify control totals and item counts
• Participate in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned and deemed appropriate by management

REQUIREMENTS
1 year of experience in: billing, accounts receivable and call center.
• Processing credit card payments via phone or email.
• Experience with being in phone queue
• Experience with accounts Receivable
• Researching payment inquiries
• Sending out copies of invoices
• Billing experience, calling customers for purchase orders (facility) not insurance
• Updating accounts with blanket purchase orders
