As a LOB Trainer Associate within PNC's Lockbox organization, you will be based in Chicago, IL.

    The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm with the expectation of working multiple shifts. Travel for the position is required and up to 25%.

    Job Description

    • Leverages established training programs and delivers a variety of training to employees within assigned business unit.
    • Delivers business or job-specific training to attain learning objectives and meet learners' needs.
    • Assists with the coordination of training materials, facilities and equipment within the business unit. Assists with monitoring participant progress and instructional program effectiveness.
    • Reviews training materials in relation to organizational needs, learners' backgrounds and course objectives to ensure consistency of quality and accuracy of content. Partners with enterprise training to modify training materials as appropriate.
    • Assists in evaluating employees' learning performance and related improvements. Liaises with employees to facilitate learning activities.

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 1+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
