    Our client manufactures essential electrical equipment for diverse industries globally, and they want you to join their team as a Senior Design Engineer

    Your day-to-day as a

    Senior Design Engineer:
    Conduct diverse engineering analyses using specialized software
    Generate reports summarizing simulation results and recommend design optimizations
    Utilize various design software for hydraulic system development
    Support unit design tasks including engineering, compliance, and progress reporting
    Collaborate with the Engineering Manager in strategy, task prioritization, and employee development
    Advocate for and suggest improvements in mechanical design processes and tools
    Offer comprehensive technical support throughout sales, service, and manufacturing phases to ensure compliance and optimal performance


    Your skills and experience:
    Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 5-10 years of experience in design and analysis of industrial rotating machinery (pumps, turbines, compressors), concentration in power generation or chemical process industries is a plus
    Professional Engineer Registration is preferred, or the ability to obtain
    Proficient in SolidWorks, ANSYS, MathCad, and Microsoft Office
    Solid understanding of relevant codes and regulations,
    Ability to conduct stress and thermal analysis, as well as read and interpret engineering drawings, standards and specifications
