- Affiliated Hospital - St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ
- Practicing under established procedures for the CNM role
- Conducting age-appropriate assessments
- Consulting with clinicians as needed
- Participating in effective patient care with the healthcare team
- Establishing positive relationships with patients and colleagues
- Demonstrating proficiency in safety principles and emergency protocols
- Applying a service philosophy in all interactions
- Utilizing technology for documentation and communication
- Fulfilling on-call requirements
- Active, unrestricted New Jersey CNM medical license, CDS, & DEA
- Minimum 1 year full-scope Midwifery experience
- Eligibility for state programs like Medicare and Medicaid
