    Our client, an association in Washington D.C., aims to empower and champion their members. As a temporary role with potential for permanence, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced AR Specialist looking to grow professionally.

    Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience) or $25-29/hour depending on experience.

    Job Overview

    • Billing: Prepare invoices and maintain a consistent billing schedule to ensure timely payment from clients.
    • Payment Posting: Accurately credit, cash, check, and ACH payments to maintain financial records.
    • Collections: Monitor aging accounts and establish strong relationships with clients to minimize late payments.
    • General Reconciliations: Regularly review and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
    • Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide detailed financial reports as needed to support business decisions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of AR experience with expertise in Sage Intacct and Concur.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to efficiently manage data.
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail are essential.
