Job Summary
This position oversees construction sites ensuring that construction is designed prepared and executed according to plan performs duties similar to a superintendent performs daily walk-throughs maintains daily logs prepares a weekly summary identifies site conflicts problems interacts with contractors dairy staff jobsite safety QAQC off-loading of truck deliveries staging construction materials supervises bidding handles contractor communication monitors construction scheduling supervises remote contractors coordinates with engineers regulating agencies government officials oversees on-site operations ensuring all equipment systems operating as designed while maximizing facility up-time troubleshoots issues on-site or remotely effectively communicates via email text phone supervisors team members contractors clients business partners.
