AGS has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Document Controls Specialist.
Responsibilites :
Maintain databases and existing filing systems (alphabetical, numerical, chronological, etc.)
Word processing of business documents
Setup for meetings
Help create and issue meeting Agendas
Take Meeting Minutes
Support with misc daily activities
Attend Stakeholder meetings each week
Approx hrs per week onsite.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED
SKILLS
3-5 years previous Document Specialist, Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant experience
Must have Intermediate to Advanced Word and Excel spreadsheets skills
Highly dependable with critical eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem solving and comprehension skills
Responsible, committed, and self-motivated
Team player and adaptable to changing priorities
Ability to stay organized, multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality
